7 Days Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery for all eligible items.

Free of Cost Exchanges

Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective (e.g., torn, stained, or damaged), it will be exchanged completely free of cost.
Company Side Size Issue: If you order a specific size (e.g., 38) but we mistakenly send a different size (e.g., 40 or 36), we will exchange it free of cost. (Note: Exchange applies to the same design only).

Customer Side Size Issue (Fitting Issue)

If you receive the correct size you ordered, but it doesn't fit properly and you wish to exchange it for a different size (e.g., ordered 38, need 40), the following charges apply:
₹50 (Exchange Processing) + ₹100 (Courier Pickup & Delivery Charge) = ₹150 Total.

How to Raise an Exchange Request

To process an exchange, a proper unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory. Please record a clear video of the unboxing and send it to our official WhatsApp support number:
