2.1 Any Product that is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', purchased from the Website, can be returned/replaced to the Company within 7 days of product delivered. User can place a "Return request” by choosing the following option:

or, User can send a Return request to our customer support team on our official email id email@example.com from their registered email id with a valid reason for Return.
2.2 The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
2.3 In case, if the user finds the Product is damaged and/or defective and/or is different from the Product that was ordered, User shall immediately intimate the Company through either of the above mentioned options about such damage and/or defect and/ or difference and the Company shall arrange for the replacement of the Product or refund of price of the Product along with shipping charges.
2.4 In case of Return / Replacement of order after delivery of the Product to customers, the Company will arrange pick up of the Product to be returned. Customer will assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its tags, barcodes, shipping label, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to customer along with the product being returned.
2.5 At the time of pickup the customer will be provided with acknowledgement of pick up by the Company Logistic Partner. Customer should retain the said acknowledgment and quote the same in all his/her future communications with the Company in this regard.
2.6 In case any free item delivered to customer is found defective then the Company shall arrange the replacement of the Free Item only and the main Product shall not be replaced.
2.7 Those products which are approved by us for replacement basis Customer escalation, we will ensure that the pickup is arranged as early as possible to ship the replacement items from our courier partner.
2.8 In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount in the form of digital money wallet (Store Credit) which the customer can later use to buy any other product on our online store or directly to their bank account as per the customer convenience.
2.9 If the product delivered to the customer is perfect from all aspects, still the customer wants to return then in that case we will refund the amount of the order value in the form of digital money wallet (Store Credit) only and no refund will be made in the original mode of payment.
2.10 In case of refund the shipping charges will be deducted from the total order value and the remaining amount will be transferred to the customer in the form of digital money wallet (Store Credit) or the original mode of payment whichever the customer wishes.
3.1 Refunds shall be considered for those purchases which are not replaceable and which are logged in for Damage / Defective / Different only as per the above mentioned policy.
3.2 For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking or cash cards, the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 1-2 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
3.3 For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount as per the bank account details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It will take an additional 1-2 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
4.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
4.4 Darooon makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
